Requirements:

Diploma from accredited college.

1+ years F&B experience, preferably on a cruise ship.

Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and table side service.

Fluent English and 1+ additional languages.

Word, Excel.

Communication skills.

Strong personality and social skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to perform under pressure.

Punctual.

Well-groomed and neat appearance.

Responsibilities:

Provide guests with professional food and beverage service by supervising the wait staff in the dining room(s).

Produce working routines for the restaurant that will provide adequate staff levels.

Good knowledge of catering practices.

Maintain prescribed systems for the monitoring and control of stock and relevant costs in accordance with company procedures.

Responsible for special orders.

Deal with guest complaints.

Supervise general cleaning and maintenance according to the (U.S.P.H.) standards.

Assist management with training and induction of new personnel.
