Requirements:
Degree in Hospitality management preferred.
Strong Food & Beverage/Culinary background and management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food, beverage and international cuisine.
Fluent English, additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities:
Provide guests with quality food and beverage service by managing the dining room and overseeing the operations of the bars.
Ensure smooth running of restaurant and bar areas.
Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
Assign work tasks and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure
prompt and courteous service to guests.
Implement and maintain guidelines procedures and training practices set by the Corporate office.
Requisition table linens and other supplies for tables and serving stations.
May schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special service for diners.
Adjust complaints.
Greet and escort guests to tables, and provide menus.
