Chief Purser

Requirements:

Hotel administrative and/or financial background.

Previous ship experience in Administration/Accounting, Cashier, Crew Purser, or First Purser.

Fluent English and preferably 1 additional European language.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Fidelio.

Well-organized.

Professional appearance and excellent social skills.

Outgoing personality, open minded and flexible.

Ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and accurate onboard financial operation.

Coordinate the payroll for onboard employees.

Facilitate prompt processing of legal documents with port authorities by preparing required paper work.

Provide guests with promptly, friendly, efficient service by directing the Reception Desk operation and administrative functions of the ship.

Ensure guests and crew clearance procedures are followed through, and serve as contact with the Port's agents.
