Snack-Buffet Steward

Responsibilities:

Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other short-order items.

Replenish foods at serving stations.

Accept payment for food, using cash register or adding machine to total check.

Call order to kitchen and pick up and serve order when it is ready.

Brew coffee and tea and fills containers with requested beverages.

Carve meat.

Scrub and polish counters, steamtables, and other equipment, and clean glasses and dishes.

Wrap menu items such as sandwiches, hot entrees, and desserts.

Add relishes and garnishes according to instructions.
