Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bar under the direction of the Bartender, in order to achieve passenger satisfaction.

Serve shots (jiggers) for consumption.

Serve bottled beer or draw draught beer from kegs.

Sell unopened bottles of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to be taken from premises when licensed for sale of packaged goods.

Receive payment for amount of sale and make change.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of an enthusiastic, motivated working environment.

Maintain prescribed systems for the monitoring and control of stock and relevant costs in accordance with company procedures.

Generate and maximize revenue opportunities, both individually and as a team.

Ensure all revenue is correctly posted to onboard accounts.
