Requirements:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Sales personality is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, operating switchboard, and delivering of mail and messages.

Escort group on city and establishment tours, describe points of interest, and respond to questions.

Monitor guests' activities and caution those not complying with the regulations.

Distribute brochures, convey background information, and explain establishment processes and operations at tour site.

Assume responsibility for safety of group.

Provide directions and other pertinent information to the guests.

Carry luggage, equipment, or sample cases and provide errand service.

Solicit tour patronage and collect fees and tickets from group members.

Plan rest stops and refreshment items.

May drive motor vehicle to transport guests to establishments and tour site locations.

Monitor facilities and notify establishment personnel of need for maintenance.
