Salon Manager

Requirements:

Previous experience, preferably at a management position or graduation diploma.

Responsibilities:

Manage business operations and direct personal service functions of beauty salon.

Confer with employees to ensure quality services for guests such as hair styling, haircuts, shampoos, facials, manicures and massages.

Adjust customer complaints and promote new business by expressing personal interest in efficient service for guests.

Keep accounts of receipts and expenditures and make up payroll.

Direct sanitary maintenance of salon in compliance with health regulations and require neatness, cleanliness, and courtesy of employees.

Negotiate leases and order equipment and supplies.
