Requirements:

Previous hotel/restaurant or cruise ship experience. Graduation diploma preferred.

Fluent English and preferably 1 additional language.

Leadership skills.

Well-organized and punctual.

Responsibilities:

Provide ship's Officers and Crew with variety and quality food.

Coordination of Crew menus with Executive Chef.

In charge of food service and handling.

Requisitioning and checking of received items.

In charge of crew galley and food counters.

Proper use of leftovers from main galley.

General cleaning and maintenance according to the (U.S.P.H.) standards.

Assist management with training and induction of new personnel.
