Assistant Shore Excursions Manager

Requirements:
High School Degree or higher.
Previous experience in travel industry.
Fluent English and preferably 2 other languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish.
Word, Excel, Fidelio.
Ability to deal with guests and their problems.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent communication and social skills.
Flexible, punctual and outgoing.
Responsibilities:
Provide guests with port information.
Assist Non-English speaking guests in all matters.
Dispatch of tour buses and private cars.
Escort tours and assign tour escorts.
May prepare various signs for busses and limousines.
Coordinate with F&B Department various requirements for tours: water, lunch boxes.
Man tour desk, sale issuing of tickets.
Prepare end of day reports for tour sales programs.
Translate tour information for Non-English speaking guests.
Assist international guests with other matters.
Coordinate debarkation and distribution of luggage tags.
Assist management with training and induction of new personnel.
