Requirements:

Outgoing, helpful, and friendly personality.

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Knowledge of good etiquette is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, seat them at tables or in lounge, and help ensure quality of facilities and service.

May schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special service for diners.

Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.

Requisition table linens and other supplies for tables and serving stations.

May assign work tasks and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.

Adjust complaints of guests.
